Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving your goods and contact us immediately if the items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong items so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
Notification of exchange must be made within 10 days of the goods delivered.Â
Once you have notified us, please return the items you have. When the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that you will be responsible for the return delivery cost of exchange items.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@teaspoonco.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
RefundsÂ
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.
